At Kacao the most important factor when making our chocolate is creating complimenting flavours, to make the taste experience unforgettable. Here we introduce our Single Origin Dark Chocolate Bars made using cacao beans sourced from individual countries across the world. Each bar has its own unique flavour as well as intensity of cocoa solids.
With more of the population acknowledging the health benefits of dark chocolate it inspired us to create our own intense chocolate bars ranging from 66% - 80%. The increase in our desire to know where our food is from is why all our bars are named after their origin. Not forgetting the health benefits that dark chocolate can have, the most impressive being the high content of antioxidants it contains and being flavonoid rich.
Each bar has very particular tasting notes, we have paired the cacao with ingredients we believe compliment each bean suitably. Our favourite bar has to be Ecuador with salt and cacao nibs, it has tasting notes of a fruity flavour with coffee and rum complimented with the crunchy cacao nibs and sea salt!
